Did you know that the VL3 evolution aircraft is certified and tested in collaboration with the Czech Aerospace Institute to provide pilots with numerous safety features in the event of an emergency? There are also multiple systems which ensure the pilot’s safety whilst flying.
TCAS
To increase pilot safety, the aircraft is equipped with a Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance system, which provides a visual and audio alert if other aircraft are in close proximity to your VL3.
ELT
An Emergency Locator Transmitter can be installed to provide assurance in case of an emergency landing. It alerts SAR (search and rescue) services to ensure that the aircraft is located quickly.
AOA
Most VL3 evolution aircrafts are equipped with auto pilot. If you lose control of the aircraft upon entering cloud, you can activate the levelling function and the aircraft will automatically level out.

RESCUE SYSTEM
The best feature of the VL3 evolution safety system is the airframe parachute, which is designed to protect the planes occupants in the event of an emergency. The aircraft is lower to the ground after deployment.
During an in-flight emergency, pulling the red handle deploys a solid-fuel rocket out a hatch that covers the compartment where the parachute is stored.
As the rocket carries the parachute rearward from the front of the aircraft, the embedded airplane harness straps release from the fuselage.
